I am a graphic designer, apparel designer, curator, and philanthropist from Far Rockaway, Queens, New York. After graduating Delaware State University, I saw the lack of young community service initiatives in Far Rockaway. I am a firm believer in Youth community service, so I decided to lead by example. I began Operation Feast “A Thanksgiving Communal” Event, and holiday toy drive, and clothing drive/food Drive. These events were all made possible with the support of my family and other organizations as well as donations. I then founded the Far Rock NPHC now known as Far Rock Greek Council, the first non-profit organization composed of Greek lettered organizations on the Rockaway Peninsula. The organization has since completed a Back to School Cookout, Basketball Tournament, and continued the thanksgiving event, holiday toy drive as well as the clothing/food drives. The organization’s membership began with 11 members and now has 60 members.
